ISLAMABAD—- National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has congratulated Andy Burnham on his election as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, expressing confidence that Pakistan-UK relations will continue to grow stronger under his leadership.
In his congratulatory message, the Speaker extended his best wishes to Prime Minister Burnham for a successful tenure and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with the United Kingdom.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq also underscored the importance of parliamentary diplomacy, expressing hope for enhanced cooperation between the parliaments of Pakistan and the UK. He said stronger parliamentary engagement would foster mutual understanding, institutional collaboration, and serve the shared interests of both friendly nations.
