KARACHI — VYU, a video-first fashion shopping platform, has launched in Pakistan with a six-hour livestream featuring veteran actress Bushra Ansari and Instagram influencer duo Ron & Coco, attracting 4.5 million views across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube by 9:00 PM PKT on October 24.
The platform introduces an Entertainment Commerce model that allows users to discover fashion through styling videos, celebrity appearances and fashion discussions, and purchase featured products directly through the content.
At launch, VYU offers women's clothing, footwear, handbags and accessories from a range of brands. The livestream featured styling tips, fashion advice and personal anecdotes shared by Bushra Ansari and Ron & Coco.
“Shopping has always been about more than buying products. It is about discovering new styles, finding inspiration, and enjoying the experience,” said Farzana Sheikh, Co-Founder of VYU.
Co-Founder Afraz Siddiqui said the platform aims to bridge the gap between discovering fashion through videos and purchasing products online.
VYU is operated by The Shopping Stream LLP and was founded in 2026 by Farzana Sheikh and Afraz Siddiqui.
