The programme, supported by HBL and Visa, with Katalyst Labs as the execution partner, aims to strengthen women-led businesses through practical training, mentorship and professional development.

The six-week programme featured interactive sessions covering startup finances, marketing and branding, team building and people management, fundraising and pitching, sales strategy, business growth and digital transformation.

The sessions were led by industry professionals, including Naveen Ahmed, Madiha Sultan Tai, Sadia Dada, Dr Sara Saeed Khurram, Ziana Sakhia and Hanzala Raja, who shared practical insights from their respective fields.

The final session focused on digital transformation, including e-commerce, digital payments, customer relationship management and the use of artificial intelligence in business operations.

At the graduation ceremony, certificates were presented to participants by Abdul Azeem Qureshi, Head of Cards Product at HBL, and Issam Mohammad, Product Manager representing HBL and Visa, alongside Jehan Ara, Founder and CEO of Katalyst Labs.

The 25 graduates operate businesses across various sectors. The initiative seeks to equip women entrepreneurs with the financial, marketing, leadership and digital skills needed to strengthen their businesses and expand their growth opportunities.
