ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has lauded the security forces for their successful operation against militants in Hangu, in which eight terrorists were killed.
The Speaker paid tribute to Captain Abu Zar Farooq, Lieutenant Sheraz Babar and four other soldiers who embraced martyrdom during the operation, commending the security forces for demonstrating exceptional courage and bravery in the fight against terrorism.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said the sacrifices of the martyrs strengthen the nation’s resolve and determination. He said the sacrifices rendered by the security forces in defending the country are unforgettable and that the nation holds its brave martyrs in the highest esteem.
He reiterated that the fight against terrorism would continue until the last terrorist is eliminated, saying the sacrifices of the martyrs in operations against Fitna al-Hindustan reflect the nation’s unwavering resolve.
The Speaker expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyrs, saying he shares their grief. He prayed that Allah Almighty elevates the ranks of the martyrs and grants patience and strength to their bereaved families.
