MITHI : (D.R.) MPA Rana Hameer Singh Sodho hosted three students who achieved the second position across Sindh and secured first positions in District Tharparkar in the MDCAT examination, along with their parents, at Rana House in Mithi and congratulated them on their outstanding academic performance.
The students Rakesh Meghwar, Jaipal Singh Rajput and Khainraj Singh Thakur were presented with gifts and shields in recognition of their achievements and as encouragement for their continued academic pursuits.
Speaking to the media, MPA Rana Hameer Singh Sodho said that Tharparkar and Umerkot had historically been regarded as underdeveloped districts, with limited access to basic facilities in education, healthcare, drinking water, electricity and other essential services.
He said the outstanding performance of students from these areas reflected improved access to educational and other basic facilities during the 15-year tenure of the Pakistan Peoples Party government in Sindh.
Sodho said students from Tharparkar and Umerkot were now securing top positions in competitive examinations and bringing recognition to Pakistan, Sindh and Tharparkar through their academic achievements.
He congratulated the students and their parents, and expressed hope that their success would inspire other young people in Tharparkar to pursue higher education and excel in their respective fields.
