ISLAMABAD — The 52nd meeting of the Executive Board of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) was held at the Ministry of Housing and Works, chaired by Federal Minister Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada.
The meeting reviewed ongoing housing projects, recent developments, the Authority’s successful auction and future plans. The Federal Minister appreciated FGEHA’s efforts and said the auction reflected investors’ confidence in the Authority.
The Minister directed that work on FGEHA projects, including Sector F-14/F-15 and Margalla Orchard, be expedited. He also directed authorities to speed up the process of handing over possession to existing allottees after completion of requisite development works.
The meeting was informed that new housing schemes were also being considered for allottees on the waiting list. The Minister emphasized coordinated efforts for timely completion of ongoing projects and provision of housing facilities to allottees.
