Report: ANI Correspondent:

ISLAMABAD — PTI Kisan Wing Central Information Secretary Khalid Nawaz Sadhraich briefed former federal law minister and PTI leader Dr. Babar Awan on preparations for the nationwide protest scheduled for September 27.

Sadhraich said the protest would see participation from across Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, along with rallies by overseas Pakistanis.

He attributed public grievances to inflation, unemployment, perceived injustice and restrictions on constitutional rights, and said farmers were facing financial difficulties due to rising agricultural input costs and fuel prices.

Sadhraich also alleged that containers were being placed in Islamabad and Rawalpindi ahead of the protest, restricting citizens' right to peaceful protest and expression.

Dr. Babar Awan described the September 27 protest as a struggle for “Haqeeqi Azadi” and called for nationwide participation to demand the release of Imran Khan and raise public grievances. He also appreciated the PTI Kisan Wing for highlighting farmers’ issues.
