ISLAMABAD — The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will hold an auction of commercial plots in the rapidly developing sectors of G-13 and G-14, Islamabad, on September 15 and 16, 2026.
The auction will start at 10:00 a.m. on both days at Grand Marki Enclave, Margalla Road, E-11, Islamabad.
Commercial plots in G-14 Markaz and the shopping centres of G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-14/4 will be offered, while G-13 will feature Class-III commercial and Modern Corporate/Office plots.
FGEHA said the auction has generated strong interest among investors and the business community. Buyers will be offered easy installment plans for up to two years, a 10% discount on lump-sum payments and the facility to pay the remaining amount in installments after an initial payment of 25%.
The Authority said the locations offer connectivity with the Metro and major roads and are approximately 8 kilometres from the M-1 and M-2 motorways and 12 kilometres from Islamabad International Airport.
FGEHA has invited investors, businesspersons, developers and individuals interested in commercial property to participate in the auction.
