ISLAMABAD — Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani chaired a meeting of the Senate Business Advisory Committee at Parliament House on Tuesday to review the legislative agenda for the Senate’s 364th session.
The committee reviewed proposed legislative business and agreed that the current session would continue until October 30, 2026. Members will also deliberate on important national and international matters during the session.
The meeting was attended by Leader of the Opposition in the Senate Senator Raja Nasir Abbas, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, Senator Sherry Rehman, Senator Manzoor Ahmed, Senator Syed Ali Zafar, Senator Jan Muhammad, Senator Kamil Ali Agha, Senator Hidayat Ullah Khan, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, and Secretary Senate Syed Hasnain Haider.
Secretary Senate Syed Hasnain Haider briefed the committee on the proposed legislative business and matters relating to proceedings of the House.
