SEOUL — North Korea launched two suspected short-range ballistic missiles from its eastern coast on Sunday, South Korean authorities said.
The first missile travelled about 450 kilometres, while the second covered more than 600 kilometres, according to South Korea’s military.
The launches came days after Pyongyang conducted another weapons test and amid continuing tensions over US-led military exercises involving South Korea and Japan.
