ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Awaami Quwat Party and Chairman of Rawal General & Dental Hospital and Rawal Foundation, Khakan Waheed Khawaja, returned to Islamabad after completing his one-day visit to Peshawar.
During his visit, party leaders and workers warmly welcomed him and held meetings with him.
Pakistan Awaami Quwat leaders Hakeem Khan, Sheron, Malik Muhammad, Chairman Safe Life Foundation Haji Niaz Gul Jhagra, former Peshawar Mayor Haji Gohar and other party workers met Khakan Waheed Khawaja.
The meetings covered the overall political and social situation in the country, public issues, matters concerning Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the party’s future course of action.
Khakan Waheed Khawaja appreciated the enthusiasm of party workers and their commitment to the party’s manifesto and ideology.
He said Pakistan Awaami Quwat would continue its efforts for public welfare, education, healthcare, employment and a strong and prosperous Pakistan.
He further said that the party would work towards addressing the grievances of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and continue raising its voice for the resolution of public issues.
