Report: ANI :
ISLAMABAD– Noreen Sial has appealed to the Government of Pakistan, NAB, police authorities and other relevant law enforcement agencies for justice, protection and an impartial investigation into what she alleges was a fraudulent transfer of her valuable property in Faisalabad.
In her appeal, Sial alleged that in 2020 she was promised property in Bahria Enclave Islamabad in exchange for her Faisalabad property, located near UBL Bank and opposite Faisalabad Medical College. She said that, relying on the commitment, the title of her Faisalabad property was transferred to Mr Waliullah. However, she alleged that despite the passage of around five years, neither the promised property nor an equivalent settlement was provided.
According to Sial, the current value of the Faisalabad property is approximately PKR 1 billion, based on her assessment. She alleged that when she pursued the return of her property and fulfillment of the agreement, she and her family were subjected to serious threats, including alleged threats of kidnapping and harm to her, her husband and her son.
Sial has named Mr Irfan Alam, Mr Waliullah, Mr Majid Saleem and Mr Waheed Khan in her complaint and called for the allegations against them to be investigated in accordance with law.
She also claimed that numerous other complaints have been filed against the persons concerned, including more than 100 alleged applications before NAB and around 150 applications at different police stations. She requested the authorities to independently verify these claims.
Sial has urged the authorities to investigate the property transaction, examine whether other individuals have suffered similar losses, provide security to her family and take legal action if the allegations are established.
She further requested that any threats against her or her family be thoroughly investigated and that legal responsibility be determined by the competent authorities.
Note: The allegations in this report are based on the complainant’s account. The position of the persons named in the complaint and the relevant institutions was not available at the time of publication.
