Grand Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ Ceremony Held at Gujranwala Central Jail, Two Umrah Tickets Distributed Among Employees

GUJRANWALA –A grand and spiritual ceremony was held at Central Jail Gujranwala on the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ. The Inspector General of Prisons Punjab paid a special visit to the jail, which was beautifully decorated to mark the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
The entire jail premises presented a dignified, attractive and spiritually uplifting atmosphere. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by special Naat competitions among prisoners and jail employees.
The prisoners expressed their devotion and love for the Holy Prophet ﷺ by presenting Naat recitations with great religious fervor and enthusiasm.
A cake was also cut to celebrate the blessed birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. On the occasion, two Umrah tickets were distributed among lucky jail employees through a draw, adding further joy to the celebrations.
The Inspector General of Prisons Punjab appreciated the excellent arrangements, beautiful decoration and successful organization of the ceremony. He also praised the efforts of the Superintendent Jail, officers, employees and prisoners.
He said that Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ teaches us the values of love, brotherhood, tolerance, service to humanity and following the Seerah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
Special prayers were also offered for the security and prosperity of the country, development and stability of Pakistan, the well-being of the Muslim Ummah and peace for all humanity.
The Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ ceremony at Central Jail Gujranwala presented a beautiful blend of religious devotion, spirituality and happiness, making the occasion memorable for prisoners and jail employees alike.
