ISLAMABAD — The Health Services Academy (HSA) has successfully completed digital recruitment screening and skill tests for 85 technical and support positions in 21 categories under the Health Information & Service Delivery Unit (HISDU), Health Department, Government of Balochistan.
Out of 2,914 applicants, 681 were shortlisted and 360 candidates appeared in the final knowledge and practical skill assessments conducted from August 3 to 6.
For the first time in HSA’s history, the tests were conducted through a fully paperless system featuring QR-code verification and automated result processing. Results for each paper were compiled within 30 minutes and handed over to the Balochistan government.
The initiative, carried out under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan, aimed to ensure transparency, merit and digitalization in public-sector recruitment. HSA provided the testing infrastructure and services to the Balochistan government free of cost, with no complaints reported during or after the exercise.
