BY: ANI Correspondent: Toba Tek Singh—Tehsildar Kamalia Hafiz Muhammad Shakeel Gujjar has said that providing timely, transparent and merit based services to the public in matters relating to property registration and mutation is his top priority. Talking to our Correspondent, he said that the doors of his office remain open to the public at all times and every applicant will be dealt with fairly, impartially and strictly in accordance with the law.He stated that it is the responsibility of the Revenue Department to address the problems faced by citizens and that no injustice or discriminatory treatment against any individual will be tolerated. All registration and mutation cases, he added, will be processed under the prescribed legal procedures with complete transparency and on merit to strengthen public confidence in the department.Hafiz Muhammad Shakeel Gujjar further said that there is no room for bribery, favoritism or any unlawful influence in official matters. He urged citizens to approach his office directly regarding their cases and assured them that legitimate matters would not face unnecessary delays. He also pledged that all visitors would be treated with respect and provided prompt relief in accordance with the law.The Tehsildar said that the Punjab government’s public friendly policies are being implemented in letter and spirit, while all available resources are being utilized to make revenue services more efficient, transparent and accessible. He appealed to the public to immediately report any illegal demand, misconduct or inappropriate behavior by any official so that strict legal action can be taken.
