ISLAMABAD — Booking of 11,600 pilgrims has been completed under Pakistan’s Private Hajj Scheme 2027 through the Hajj Portal, while around 60,000 seats are still available.

According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs spokesperson, booking under the private scheme will continue until the available seats are filled or November 20, 2026, whichever comes first. Economy, Standard and Premium Hajj packages offered by 25 registered operators are available on the Hajj Portal.

The ministry said Rs10 billion in Hajj dues has so far been received in the accounts of the 25 operators through the Hajj Portal developed by the National IT Board, including more than Rs4 billion deposited through online channels.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs advised pilgrims to make payments only through the Pak Hajj App or Hajj Portal and warned them against depositing money directly with unauthorized individuals or companies to avoid fraud and financial losses.
