BELA — The Quetta-Karachi National Highway has once again been closed to all types of traffic near Shisha Hotel in Bela due to security concerns.
According to relevant authorities, traffic movement on the highway has been suspended until security clearance is obtained. The closure has caused severe difficulties for passengers and transporters traveling to Quetta, Karachi, and Gwadar, while long queues of vehicles have formed at various points along the highway.
The administration stated that the highway would be reopened once security clearance is granted. However, no final time has been announced for the resumption of traffic.
Passengers and drivers have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel and obtain information about the highway’s current condition before setting out.
