HANGU –APCA Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has strongly protested against the alleged conduct of the District Education Officer (Female), Hangu, and called upon the Secretary Elementary & Secondary Education to take immediate notice of the matter.
In a joint statement, APCA Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Farmanullah Jan and General Secretary Munir Khan Mohmand said that the Education Department had officially issued a notification promoting Assistant officials to the post of Superintendent, including Malik Naeemullah Bangash.
According to the APCA leaders, despite the official notification, DEO (Female) Hangu, Zeb-un-Nisa, allegedly refused to hand over charge of the new post to Malik Naeemullah Bangash. Following his application, the Secretary Education ordered an inquiry, which reportedly decided the matter in his favour and directed that he be given charge of the post.
The APCA leaders alleged that despite the orders, the DEO (Female) Hangu has again refused to comply.
They urged the Secretary Elementary & Secondary Education to ensure immediate implementation of the official orders and facilitate the handing over of charge to Malik Naeemullah Bangash.
The APCA leaders warned that failure to resolve the matter could lead to a province-wide protest campaign in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
