ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to the security forces for successfully thwarting a cowardly terrorist attack on a Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi.In a statement issued on Sunday, the Prime Minister said the Pakistan Rangers once again demonstrated exceptional professionalism, bravery, and devotion to duty by defeating the nefarious designs of the terrorists.He praised the security forces for killing three terrorists and capturing one alive, stating that the operation had crushed the hostile intentions of the militants.The Prime Minister also paid tribute to the martyrs who embraced martyrdom during the operation, saying the entire nation salutes their sacrifice and will always remember their courage and dedication. He expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, prayed for their patience and strength, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the operation.Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed that the blood of the martyrs would never go in vain and vowed that every manifestation of terrorism would be eliminated with full force. He stressed that the terrorists and their facilitators would never succeed in their malicious objectives.The Prime Minister said the nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave armed forces, Pakistan Rangers, and all law enforcement agencies, adding that the fight against terrorism will continue with unwavering determination until the menace is completely eradicated.
