QUETTA — Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Labour Wing Balochistan President Munir Ahmed Bugti contacted senior party leader Khawaja Saad Rafique and expressed concerns over the current political and organizational situation of the party in Balochistan.
Bugti said there was a need to address what he described as growing groupings within the party and concerns among longstanding workers. He also criticized Chaudhry Shabbir Ahmed’s role in certain party matters, saying workers’ longstanding affiliation and organizational services should be considered in party decisions.
He said workers who had faced political difficulties, cases and imprisonment while remaining associated with the PML-N and Nawaz Sharif should not be ignored.
Bugti urged Khawaja Saad Rafique to review the party’s organizational affairs in Balochistan and said decisions should be based on workers’ services, commitment and organizational contribution rather than groupings or personal relationships.
He stressed that taking loyal workers into confidence and resolving organizational differences through consultation was essential to strengthening the PML-N in Balochistan.
