Hyderabad — SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar met citizens at his office, listened to their complaints and issued on-the-spot directions to relevant police officers for action in accordance with the law.
He directed officers to resolve public grievances on a priority basis and submit reports on the progress of action taken.
Shahzeb Chachar said timely and lawful resolution of citizens’ legitimate complaints is among Hyderabad Police’s top priorities. He added that complaints would not only be heard but action would also be monitored until resolution.
