Karachi /Pakistan: Pakistan will host the World CIO 200 Summit & Awards 2026 – Pakistan Edition on September 12, bringing together more than 800 technology executives, cybersecurity professionals and business leaders, including over 100 senior Pakistani technology professionals based overseas.
The Karachi event is part of the World CIO 200 Roadshow 2026, a global leadership platform spanning more than 60 countries. Organised in Pakistan by ITCN Asia and powered by Global CIO Forum, the summit will focus on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, enterprise technology and technology-led business growth.
The event will be inaugurated by Dr Erdal Ozkaya, President of the Global CISO Forum, and Zarrar Hasham Khan, Federal Secretary, Ministry of IT and Telecom.
Senior speakers from Pakistan and abroad, including leaders from banking, telecommunications, cybersecurity and technology sectors, will participate in discussions on cyber resilience, data protection, emerging technologies and digital transformation.
The participation of more than 100 Pakistani technology executives based overseas is expected to strengthen links between Pakistan’s technology ecosystem and international markets, promoting knowledge exchange, investment opportunities and global collaboration.
The 2026 platform is built around four pillars — Knowledge, Health, Human and Community — with a focus on innovation, digital well-being, human-centric leadership and resilient global communities.
