Islamabad——Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the party’s successful candidates on their victory in the second phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly elections.
In his message, the Prime Minister said that all victorious PML-N candidates deserve heartfelt congratulations. He stated that the party’s continued success reflects the visionary leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the tireless efforts of the entire PML-N team.
Shehbaz Sharif said that under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, the party ran a highly effective and successful election campaign in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. He added that the election results demonstrate the strong confidence of the people of AJK in the policies and vision of PML-N.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed that the development, prosperity, and welfare of the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir remain among the top priorities of the PML-N government.
He also welcomed the active participation of various political parties in the second phase of the elections, saying it would further strengthen the democratic process in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
