ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Foreign Delegation Committee of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Chaudhry Mazhar, has welcomed the key measures announced in the federal budget for the real estate and construction sectors, saying their benefits will only reach the public and business community if they are implemented promptly and effectively. In a statement, he urged the government to translate its budget announcements into practical action to promote construction activities and encourage investment in the real estate sector.Chaudhry Mazhar called on the relevant ministries, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and other concerned institutions to issue a clear implementation timeline for the incentives and reforms introduced in the budget. He said such measures would enable investors and the business community to move forward with confidence and accelerate their development projects.Expressing optimism, he said the government should continue close consultations with real estate stakeholders and adopt policies that would not only strengthen the housing sector but also contribute to sustainable economic growth in the country.
