MURREE — An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, Sulaiman Ani, to review ongoing development projects and measures aimed at improving facilities for tourists in Murree.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Sherazi, Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Umar Owais Kiyani, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Kamran Sagheer, Assistant Commissioner Murree Captain (Retd.) Arshad Iqbal, and other concerned officers.
The participants reviewed ongoing development works, particularly projects on Mall Road, beautification initiatives, civic facilities and measures for providing better services to tourists.
Special emphasis was placed on ensuring the quality, pace and timely completion of development projects. Various proposals for further beautification of Murree, improvement of civic infrastructure and provision of better facilities to tourists were also discussed.
The Commissioner directed the concerned officers to ensure quality standards and complete development projects within the stipulated timelines to make Murree more attractive, accessible and tourist-friendly.
