Report by ANI :

MANDI BAHAUDDIN—District Police Officer (DPO) Mandi Bahauddin, Kamran Aamir Khan, has said that foolproof security arrangements have been made across the district on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
According to the DPO, 75 processions and six major Milad gatherings will be held across the district. More than 700 police personnel and officers, along with Civil Defence staff, have been deployed to ensure comprehensive security for all processions and gatherings.
Speaking to the Bureau Chief of Daily Samaa Mandi Bahauddin, DPO Kamran Aamir Khan said that the Special Branch will conduct technical sweeping of procession routes and venues. CCTV cameras and walk-through gates will also be installed at important locations.
He said that all participants joining the processions will be allowed entry only after thorough checking, while the procession administrations will cooperate closely with the police to maintain law and order.
The DPO further stated that special police units and the Elite Force will patrol areas along the routes of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) processions. All major processions and gatherings during Rabi-ul-Awwal will be monitored under the district headquarters command and control system.
He added that strict checking will also be carried out at all entry and exit points of the district, and vehicles entering or leaving the area will be thoroughly inspected.
DPO Kamran Aamir Khan emphasized that organizers of processions and Milad gatherings must obtain regular permission and strictly follow all security instructions and the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He warned that hb immediate legal and disciplinary action would be taken against anyone found violating the established rules.
The district police chief reaffirmed the commitment of Mandi Bahauddin Police to ensuring peaceful and secure celebrations of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) throughout the district.
