ISLAMABAD— Acting President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Tahir Ayub, has called for transforming the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia into a stronger economic partnership by capitalizing on the opportunities offered under Saudi Vision 2030.
He expressed these views while addressing a business session on “KSA Vision 2030 & Saudi-Pakistan Investment Opportunities” organized by ICCI, attended by Bilal Mohammad Zubair, Chairman of Al Raee Group, Zohra Hotiana, Country Head of Al Raee Group Pakistan, members of the Saudi delegation, and representatives of the business community.
Tahir Ayub said Saudi Vision 2030 has created vast opportunities in infrastructure, tourism, logistics, manufacturing, IT, healthcare, renewable energy, and other sectors, while Pakistan offers strong investment potential due to its strategic location, skilled workforce, natural resources, and growing digital economy.
On the occasion, ICCI and Al Raee Group agreed to strengthen cooperation to promote Pakistan-Saudi business linkages, facilitate investment, and enhance business-to-business collaboration.
Bilal Mohammad Zubair said Al Raee Group is committed to helping Pakistani entrepreneurs and investors establish businesses in Saudi Arabia through comprehensive investment and business facilitation services. Zohra Hotiana said the Group’s Pakistan office will serve as a bridge between the business communities of both countries by providing market-entry support and investment advisory services.
ICCI Vice President Irfan Chaudhry reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to working closely with Al Raee Group and Saudi partners to promote bilateral trade, investment, and joint business opportunities.
