KARACHI — Star Marketing and Sun Builders & Developers Managing Director and Saknane Shehar-e-Quaid Chief Organiser Mahmood Ahmed Khan has congratulated newly elected Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) Chairman Muhammad Hanif Gohar, Senior Vice Chairman Danish Bin Rauf and Vice Chairman Khursheed Alam on their unopposed election.
Mahmood Ahmed Khan said the unopposed election reflected the construction community’s confidence in the new leadership under the guidance of former ABAD Chairman Mohsin Sheikhani.
He expressed hope that the new team would address challenges facing the construction industry and strengthen its contribution to Pakistan’s economic growth.
Highlighting the concerns of builders investing in Gwadar under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), he urged ABAD’s new leadership to raise their issues with the relevant government authorities.
He said the real estate and construction sectors played a vital role in investment, employment generation and economic development, expressing confidence that the new leadership would support the industry’s growth.
